The Strategic Projects office is supporting the Executive Board of the University in the development of a Strategic Project Portfolio (USP = Universitäre Strategische Projekte / Strategic Projects of the University).
With the USP, the Executive Board of the University paves the way for the further organizational development of the university. The projects in the portfolio are to be implemented with high priority for the benefit of UZH.
